If you or a customer have any questions or experience a problem with any Rich’s product, please call Product Services of fill out the Problem Reporting Form below. If you are reporting a problem, please have the following information available:
1. Product code and description of product
2. Production code date and expiration date (located on the side of the case)
3. Number of cases involved
4. Name of distributor and Rich’s Representative (if applicable)
5. Description of problem
6. Name, address, and phone number of contact
Please provide any other information that would help Rich’s better investigate the problem (i.e. how product is being handled, baked, etc.).
