Tips & handling

Handling Instructions: • Keep frozen until ready for use. • Thaw at 45°F for 24 hours or until completely thawed. • Do not refreeze. • Shake carton well before opening. • Shelf Life: 3 Days Refrigerated. Baking Chart Dish Conventional Oven @ 350°F Convection Oven @325°F 9” 50 minutes 35 minutes 8” 45 minutes 33 minutes 5” 40 minutes 30 minutes 2” 30 minutes 25 minutes ½ sheet pan 50 minutes 35 minutes Quiche: 1. Blind bake pie shells until golden brown. 2. Place 6oz. of cooked or uncooked ingredients (meats, vegetables, cheese) in pie shell. 3. Pour mixture over ingredients. 4. Follow baking chart directions. 5. Cool for 15 minutes. Strata: 1. Slice stale bread into 1” cubes and place them in prepared pan. 2. Follow steps 2-5 above. Frittata: 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a 10” nonstick ovenproof skillet over medium heat. 2. Add 6 oz of ingredients (meats and vegetables) into skillet. 3. Combine 24 oz egg mixture with ½ cup of sour cream and shredded cheese (optional) in a medium size bowl, while ingredients are cooking. 4. Pour mixture over ingredients, shaking the pan to evenly distribute the mixture. Cook the frittata, without stirring using the scrape and set method for about 5 minutes. 5. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 325°F. 6. Cool for 15 minutes.
