PROOF FOR AROUND 30 - 45 MINUTES AT 100°F (38°C) AND 85% HUMDITY OR LEAVE ON FLOOR FOR ABOUT 60 - 90 MINUTES. UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE. 4. BAKE USING CONVENCTION OVEN AT 325°F (160°C) FOR 12 - 15 MINUTES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND THE INTERNAL TEMPERATURE REACHES ABVOE 200°F (90°C).
