PROOF UNTIL THE CROWN OF THE BREAD IS 1" (2.5 CM) ABOVE THE TOP OF THEPAN. 4. BAKE UNTIL THE SIDES AND TOP OF THE LOAF ARE GOLDEN BROWN.
