All the breads are made using Old World processes. The dough is made in small batches using pre-ferments, handled gently and given hours of resting time prior to entering our ovens. This resting time allows the dough to age and is key to the process of developing the bread’s unique flavor and texture.
These breads feature all natural, quality ingredients, and use no preservatives.
Convenience
All the breads in this collection are pre-sliced and par or fully baked for ease of execution. And because they’re frozen, there’s no waste!
