Tips & Handling
HANDLING AND BAKING INSTRUCTIONS Storage/Baking 1. Keep product frozen at 0 F (-18F) until ready to use. 2. Remove desired units from freezer. Reseal case. 3. Place product on parchment lined baking sheets, cover product and thaw overnight in a cooler (NOTE: product may be refrigerated for up to 5 days in a sealed bag or covered pan). 4. Bake per recommendations below (or until 160F (71C) internal temperature is reached): Convection Oven: 350F (175C) on low fan speed for 12 - 14 minutes Conventional Oven: 350F (175C) for 25-30 minutes Microwave (1000 watt): Wrap product in paper towel, microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds, let rest for 1 minute.
