1. PLACE FROZEN LOAVES ON PAPER LINED SHEET PANS, FOUR (4) ACROSS AND THREE (3) ROWS DOWN. 2. PLACE IN RETARDER AND RETARD OVERNIGHT. 3. REMOVE FROM RETARDER AND PLACE IN PROOF BOX. 4. PROOF UNTIL LOAVES ARE TWO (2) TO THREE (3) TIMES LARGER IN SIZE. 5. REMOVE FROM PROOF BOX AND CUT TOPS OF LOAVES WITH A SHARP KNIFE. 6. PLACE PANS IN OVEN (390 F TO 400 F) AND BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. 7. REMOVE PANS FROM OVEN. 8. REMOVE LOAVES FROM PANS AND PLACE ON RACKS TO COOL.
