1 each Rich's 10" Flatilla

3 ounces Tomato sauce

3 ounces Manchego sauce

1 ounce Scallions, sliced

1 ounce Green bell peppers

1 ounce Celery, diced

3 ounces Shrimp

As desired Red Pepper flakes

As desired Cajun seasoning


  1. Take flatbread, mix tomato sauce and cajun seasoning spread over flatbread and top with shredded manchego
  2. Bake until golden
  3. Saute scallions, green bell pepper, celery and shrimp; season with red pepper flakes
