1 each Rich's 7" Fresh ‘N Ready Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough

1 each Large egg, poached

4 ounces Corned Beef Hash

As desired Fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Lightly brush edge of dough with water
  2. Place 4 ounces scoop of cold corned beef hash in center of dough
  3. Lift sections of dough up, one at a time, overlapping the piece before it to encase the Hash
  4. Brush dough with egg wash
  5. Bake in a 375 oven 8-10 minutes, or until evenly browned and Hash is heated through
  6. Poach egg, and place directly on top of galette, sprinkle with chopped parsley
  7. Thaw pizza dough at room temperature on a sheet pan lined with sprayed parchment paper, and cover with plastic wrap. Thaw until dough is pliable, and warmed to room temperature
  8. Make 8 evenly spaced small cuts (about 2") in pizza dough, from the edge toward the center
