1 each Rich's Flaky Dough Round

1/2 cup Sugar Free Raspberry Preserves

1 cup Fresh blueberries

1 tbsp Cinnamon/sugar


  1. 1st layer Spread sugar free raspberry preserves over the dough leaving 1/4 inch plain around the edges
  2. 2nd layer place fresh blueberries evenly over the preserves and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar
  3. Top layer of dough: Place a second dough round over the filling and press the edges of the two round together to seal
  4. Brush surface: Brush the top of the scone with egg-wash or melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture
  5. Vent Dough: Use a fork to vent the top of the scone
  6. Bake at 325F 12-15 min or until dough is a golden brown
  7. Cool and cut into 4 wedges for serving
