Red Velvet Hot Chocolate | Rich's Foodservice




As needed Rich's Whip Topping Base

4 cups Whole milk

1/4 cup Granulated sugar

10 ounces Semi-sweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped

2 tsp Red food color

1 tsp Pure vanilla extract


  1. For the Hot Chocolate, place milk and granulated sugar in medium saucepan and bring to simmer on medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar
  2. Remove from heat, stir in chocolate with wire whisk until melted and stir in food color and vanilla
  3. Pour into serving cups
  4. Top with on top
  5. Infuse base with cream cheese (2:1 ratio), drizzle chocolate ganache on top
