Country Walnut Bread Pudding | Rich's Foodservice




4 cups Rich's Bread Pudding Base

2 tbsp Butter

7 cups Brioche, challah, or white bread cubed

6 ounces Bittersweet chocolate

1/8 tsp Nutmeg

1/2 cup Walnuts, chopped

2 tbsp Kahlua

As desired Rich's Whip Topping and granulated sugar


  1. Butter 12 small ramekins and dust with granulated sugar and set aside
  2. Heat Rich?s Bread Pudding Base until steamy (do not boil) and turn off heat and add chocolate, nutmeg, walnuts and Kahlua
  3. Stir to mix
  4. Gently fold bread cubes into bread pudding mixture and let set for 10 minutes
  5. Transfer pudding mixture to prepared ramekins and fill just to the top (5 oz per ramekin) and place on baking sheet
  6. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes until set
  7. Garnish with Rich's On Top with cream and serve warm
