7” Fresh ‘N Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough (07386)

Directions

  1. Remove 7” Fresh ‘N Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough (07386) from freezer and thaw overnight under refrigeration or at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. Place dough on clean, dry work surface.
  3. Cut four 1.5”–2.0” slits towards the center of the dough at the very top, bottom, right & left sides.
  4. Cut 4 more slits midway between the first four slits.
  5. Layer desired ingredients in center of dough piece.
  6. Fold cut dough pieces towards the center over the ingredients, being sure the pieces overlap one another (finished product should look like a “flower” with an open center).
  7. Bake until golden brown.

 


Variations:


Spinach/Artichoke Dip

  1. Fill blossom with 4–6 oz of signature recipe dip
  2. Edible bread bowl is ideal for dipping


Mini Meatballs/Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Fill blossom with 4–6 oz of ingredients
  2. Serve on small plates menu


Apples/Cinnamon/StreuselTopping

  1. Fill blossom with 4–6 oz of ingredients
  2. Serve on brunch or dessert menu

Quick Tip

- Refrain from using “fluid” ingredients as they will tend to run.
- For a tighter blossom, spray dough pieces with water before folding them towards center. For a more open appearance, skip spraying step.
