Ingredients

7” Fresh ‘N Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough (07386)

Directions

1. Remove 7” Fresh ‘N Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough (07386) from freezer and thaw overnight under refrigeration or at room temperature for 30 minutes.

2. Stretch dough into a rectangular shape and place on clean, dry work surface.

3. Angling your pizza cutter towards the top of the crust, cut five 1.5” slits into both sides of dough.

4. Spread or layer your ingredients down the middle of the dough.

5. Fold the cut dough strips across each other to cover your ingredients (“braiding” them as you work your way down the dough piece).

6. Bake until golden brown.

Sausage/Egg/Cheddar Cheese

  1. Use 3–6 oz of ingredients
  2. Serve on breakfast or brunch menu


Spinach/Roasted Red Pepper/Feta

  1. Use 3–6 oz of ingredients
  2. Slice and serve on appetizer menu, or serve whole as an entrée


Roma Tomato/Fresh Basil/Fresh Mozzarella Cheese

  1. Use 3–6 oz of ingredients
