Cinnamon Roll Breakfast Smoothie
Your guests will see cinnamon rolls in a whole new light once you've whipped up this simple but delicious smoothie.

Ingredients
1 ea Rich's Cinn-Sational Gourmet Cinnamon Roll Dough (01646)
3 #8 scoops frozen vanilla yogurt
2 #8 scoops Rich's On Top Non-Dairy Dessert Topping (02559)
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Bake cinnamon roll according to package directions. Cool, then dice finely. Once diced, bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until cinnamon roll pieces are crunchy.
- Place frozen yogurt, On Top, vanilla yogurt and cinnamon in blender. Blend on high for 20 seconds.
- Place 1/3 of cinnamon roll pieces in a smoothie glass. Top with half of smoothie mix. Repeat. Top with additional On Top and remaining 1/3 cinnamon roll pieces. Serve with a jumbo straw.
