Ingredients

6 ea Ramen noodle, 3 oz block - Maruchan brand or similar
4 lb Double-Rub Pork Bar-B-Q w/no sauce (PC 09904), 5 oz portion bag
3 cup Hoisin sauce
1 1/2 cup Water, hot
6 cup Carrots, shredded
6 cup Red cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 cup Scallions, sliced

Directions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions.
  2. While noodles cook, warm Bar-B-Q pork with hoisin sauce and water.
  3. Drain noodles well and toss to mix with sauced pork, shredded carrots and cabbage.
  4. Serve each portion of noodles topped with 2 Tbsp sliced scallions.

Quick Tip

If ramen noodles aren’t available, use dried vermicelli or spaghetti.
