Creamy White Chocolate
Although this drink is inspired by regular hot chocolate, it’s just too special to share the same name. Delicate white chocolate is mixed with warm, subtle vanilla and cool, refreshing peppermint for a drink that’s both luxurious and refreshing.

Ingredients
1 cup White Chocolate Chips
1 cup Heavy Cream
4 cups Half and Half
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Peppermint Extract
1 oz On Top® Non-Dairy Dessert Topping (PC 02559)
White Chocolate Shavings, garnish
Directions
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Stir continuously until white chocolate chips have completely melted.
- Stir in the half and half, vanilla extract and peppermint extract.
- Stir occasionally until heated through.
- Pour into mugs and top with a dollop of On Top® and white chocolate shavings.
