Strawberry-Lemon Donut Kebobs
Who said kebobs were only meant for the grill? For a sweet spin on this handheld favorite, thread donut holes and fresh strawberries onto skewers and serve alongside a refreshingly tart lemon cream for dipping.

1/2 cup prepared Rich's Non-Dairy Whipped Topping Base (02903)
1/2 cup Rich's Lemon Meringue Pie Filling (03741)
18 ea Rich's Donut Holes (02831)
12 ea washed strawberries
6 10" bamboo skewers
Directions
- Prepare topping base according to package directions. Fold in lemon meringue pie filling.
- Thread three donuts and two strawberries on to each skewer, alternating strawberries and donuts.
- Serve skewers with a side of lemon meringue dip.
