Strawberry Pizza
Rich's® light and crispy pizza crust is great in all types of applications – including sweet dessert pies! Make the most of spring's favorite berry with this sweet and simple dessert pizza. It's perfect for a family celebration or as part of a dessert.

Ingredients
1 ea 12” x 15” Fresh ‘N Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Dough (PC 08848)
1 ea Egg white, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp Sugar
3 cup Rich’s® Cream Cheese Bettercreme® Icing (PC 03069)
1 lb Strawberries, hulled and quartered
½ cup Rich’s® Glaze for Strawberry Pie (21434)
Directions
- Brush edges of pizza dough with egg white, sprinkle with sugar and bake according to package directions. Cool completely.
- Spread Rich’s® Cream Cheese Bettercreme® Icing evenly over the pizza crust, leaving a 1” border around the sides. Top with quartered strawberries and brush sparingly with Rich’s® Strawberry Glaze-Bag-EEZ®. Cut pizza into 16 slices.

Swap out the icing for plain, softened cream cheese and you have a welcome addition to any brunch or breakfast line.
