Ingredients
1 7" Fresh 'n Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Pizza Dough (PC 07386)
2 slices Canadian Bacon, sliced into thin strips
3 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
2 Poached Eggs, drained
3 oz Hollandaise Sauce, warmed
5 Large Baby Spinach Leaves, rinsed and dried
Directions
- Remove pizza crust from freezer.
- Brush dough with 1 oz Hollandaise sauce.
- Top with spinach, bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake pizza, following directions on case.
- Top baked pizza with poached eggs and remaining Hollandaise sauce.
