Smoked Salmon PIzza
Smoked salmon turns everyday pizza into a luxurious treat. This pizza holds well on a buffet line and can be served at just about any mealtime, from brunch to dinner.

Ingredients
1 each 12” x 15” Fresh ‘N Ready® Oven Rising Sheeted Dough (PC 08848)
10 oz Smoked salmon, thin sliced
1/4 cup Red onion, thinly shaved
2 Tbsp Dill, fresh chopped
1/2 cup Sour cream
Directions
- Bake pizza crust according to package directions. Cool.
- At service, top crust with salmon, then drizzle sour cream over. Finish with fresh dill and red onions.
