Bar-B-Q Pork Sub
A Southern take on the submarine sandwich. Sweet honey mustard dresses a crunchy cabbage and tart apple slaw - the perfect counterpoint to rich barbecued pulled pork.

Ingredients
1 ea Rich's 7" French Sub Roll (87799)
1 tsp butter
1 scoop (#6, 6 fl oz) Rich's Pulled Pork Bar-B-Q w/ Traditional Sauce (07966)
3 cups finely shredded green cabbage
3/4 cup gala or pink lady green apple julienne (3" slim matchsticks, skin-on)
3/4 cup carrot julienne
3/4 cup prepared honey mustard dressing
3 tsp cracked black pepper
Directions
- Mix green cabbage, apple julienne, carrot julienne, honey mustard dressing, and black pepper together in a separate bowl. Set aside for use later as Apple Honey Mustard Slaw.
- Bake roll according to package directions. Once cool, split bun and spread with butter. Toast on a flattop or griddle until golden brown.
- Heat pulled pork and spoon onto bottom half of sub roll. Top with slaw, close sandwich.
