Ingredients

  • 1 ea Biscuit Dough Round-Handi-Split (08404), prepared

  • 2 oz Whole Smoked Beef Brisket (09160), cleaned sliced thin, held hot

  • 1 Tbsp Bar-B-Q sauce

  • 1 ea Egg, any style

Directions

  1. Split open baked biscuit and place brisket on bottom half. Fold edges of brisket to fit inside the biscuit.
  2. Drizzle Bar-B-Q sauce over brisket. Place egg over Bar-B-Q sauce.
  3. Top sandwich with other half of biscuit. Serve hot.

Quick Tip

Brisket can also be held cold and griddled to order with the eggs.
