Ingredients

5 lbs Pulled Pork Bar-B-Q w/Traditional Sauce (PC 09750)
2 lbs Lasagna Noodles
24 oz Cheddar Cheese, shredded
24 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
30 oz Black Olives, sliced and drained
16 oz Green Olives, stuffed and drained
24 oz Salsa

Directions

  1. Prepare pulled pork, following directions on case.
  2. Cook noodles in 6 quarts of boiling water and 2 oz salt, until al dente.
  3. In a hotel pan, layer in order all ingredients: noodles, pork, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives and green olives. Continue layering until all ingredients have been used.
  4. Top with salsa.
  5. Bake at 350º F 35-40 minutes. Let stand 1/2 hour before cutting.
