Ingredients

6 oz Organic Chopped Sirloin
1 tsp Organic Cajun Seasoning
1 1/2 oz Organic Bleu Cheese Crumbles
1/4 cup Organic Mayonnaise
3 slices Organic Red Onion, sautéed or grilled
4 slices Organic Plum Tomatoes, oven roasted or grilled
2 Organic Romaine Lettuce Leaves
1 Organic Ciabatta Hoagie Roll (PC 05737)

Directions

  1. Slice red onion, and Plum Tomato, brush with olive oil, season with salt, and pepper and grill or sauté until just tender.
  2. Form chopped sirloin into an oval shape to fit ciabatta bun. Sprinkle both sides with Cajun seasoning. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
  3. rill or toast ciabatta bun. Combine mayonnaise, and bleu cheese crumbles, spread this mixture on both halves of bun.
  4. Layer Romaine leaves, chopped sirloin, onion, and tomato slices, on bottom of bun, then place top of bun on sandwich. Cut in half and serve.
