Ingredients
5 lbs Pulled Pork Bar-B-Q w/Traditional Sauce (PC 09750)
12 Green Bell Peppers
1 lb Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
Directions
- Prepare pulled pork, following directions on case.
- Slice peppers in half lengthwise and core completely. Place peppers on flat pan and bake at 350ºF for approximately 15 minutes.
- Remove peppers from oven and scoop 4-6 oz of pork in each pepper.
- Place slices of cheese on top of barbeque stuffed pepper. Melt cheese under broiler and allow browning slightly.
- Garnish to taste and serve.
