THEN ADD INSTANT DRY YEAST AND MIX UNTIL DOUGH IS FORMED. CONTINUE MIXING IN MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL DOUGH REACHES FULL CLEAN UP ON BOTTOM OF BOWL.
