THEN ADD INSTANT DRY YEAST, AND MIX UNTIL DOUGH IS FORMED. CONTINUE MIXING IN MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL DOUGH REACHES FULL CLEANUP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOWL.
