A seasoned 12" gluten free par-baked pizza crust delivered on a tin
INGREDIENTS FOR U.S. MARKET: TAPIOCA STARCH, RICE FLOUR, FILTERED WATER, EGG WHITES, CORNSTARCH, PALM OIL, SUGAR, HYDROGENATED PALM KERNEL OIL, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF THE FOLLOWING: YEAST, SALT, SOY LECITHIN, PECTIN, LEAVENING (SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, BAKING SODA, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), NATURAL FLAVOR, DEFATTED SOY FLOUR, GUAR GUM, XANTHAN GUM, GUM ARABIC, GARLIC POWDER, SOY LECITHIN (AN EMULSIFIER).
Tips & handling
1. Keep product frozen at 0ºF (-18ºC) or below until ready to use. 2. Remove desired number of crusts from freezer and keep on pan included in case to prevent cross-contamination. If using your own pan, be sure that it is completely sanitized and separate from flour. 3. Add sauce, cheese, and desired gluten-free toppings. 4. Bake as per recommendations below, or until desired crust color is achieved and cheese is melted. Forced Air Conveyor Oven: 425ºF for 5 minutes. Deck Oven: 550ºF for 8 to10 minutes. Convection Oven: 325ºF for 15 to 20 minutes 5. Remove pizza from oven, and let sit at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
