Tips & handling
Directions for Handling Cookie Dough (Size: 1.5 oz.) Place 15 cookies equally spaced on a standard baking pan with a paper baking sheet. PREHEAT OVEN: Baking Time for Rack Oven 330 degrees for 12 - 14 minutes. Helpful Hints: 1.) Make sure the vent is always closed. 2.) On a single or double rack oven, if the top cookies are baking too fast place an empty sheet pan on the top rack. 3.) If cookies aren't spreading out enough, allow them to thaw out for 20 - 30 minutes. Do not leave out longer than 30 minutes. 4.) If cookies are spreading out too much, increase the oven temperature or make sure the cookies haven't been thawed out too much.
