1. PLACE FROZEN LOAVES OF BREAD ON A LINED SHEET PAN. DEFROST OVERNIGHT IN THE RETARDER. 2. PLACE LOAVES IN BREAD PAN, SEAM SIDE DOWN. GIVE 20 - 30 MINUTES FLOORTIME. 3. PROOF UNTIL THE CROWN OF THE BREAD IS 1/2" TO 1" (1.25 CM TO 2.5 CM) ABOVE THE TOP OF THE PAN. 4. BAKE UNTIL SIDES AND THE TOP OF THE LOAF ARE BROWN. OVEN TEMPERATURE: CONVENTIONAL: 375°F - 400°F (190°C - 204°C) CONVECTION: 350°F (180°C)
