Baked Flatbread Fruit Tart
This dessert flatbread is truly a treat, whose presentation and flavor will floor your customers! There is nothing quite like satisfying a sweet craving in style it is truly a priceless experience!
|1 Each||Rich's Plain Oven Fired Flats (#01946)|
|2 oz||Bavarian Crme Filling - Bag-eez (#02887)|
|Niagara Farms Premium Blend Whipped Topping (#62664)|
|Glaze 'n Shine Icing (#21784)|
|1 oz||Orange Juice|
|1/6 Each||Mango, Peeled And Sliced|
|3 Slice||Kiwi, Peeled And Sliced|
|4 Each||Mandarin Orange, Wedges|
|2 Slice||Pineapple, Peeled And Sliced|
|2 Each||Red Grapes|
|1 Each||Mint Leaf|
|1||Mix orange juice and sugar together. Brush juice mixture over both sides of flatbread.|
|2||Mold flatbread into 6'' tart pan and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes.|
|3||Check flatbread, if it is crispy, remove from oven and allow to cool.|
|4||Place Bavarian Cream in circular motion in center of flatbread.|
|5||Arrange fruit slices as desired.|
|6||Brush the top of fruit lightly with Rich's Glaze n Shine.|
|7||Garnish with 1/2 dollop of Rich's Niagara Farms and mint leaf|
