2 oz | Smoked Salmon, Sliced |
1/2 C | Fennel |
1/4 C | Red Onion, Diced |
Capers, For Garnish | |
Light Vinaigrette Dressing, To Taste |
Directions
1 | Spread Fromage Blanc on pizza crust. |

2 | Sprinkle onion and salmon on top of cheese. |
3 | Bake at 375ºF for 5 - 8 minutes or until desired crust color is achieved and cheese is melted. |
4 | Combine fennel, red onion, capers, and vinaigrette. |
5 | Plate pizza with fennel slaw, as garnish. |
