Bar-B-Q Beef Boat
Hollowed our hoagie roll filled with Bar-B-Q beef and melted Cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese.
|1||EGG WASH RECIPE: Combine 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp cold water and 1/4 tsp salt.|
|2||Pan hoagie roll dough on silicone paper lined sheet pans. Cover dough with plastic wrap sprayed with pan release. Thaw dough overnight in cooler or at room temperature for approximately 1 hour.|
|3||Brush rolls lightly with egg wash and cut 1/4" deep slit on top of dough. Proof roll dough until double in size.|
|4||Carefully fill proofed dough with 2 1/2 oz Beef Bar-B-Q. Bake in preheated 350º F oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.|
|5||To serve, top each roll with one slice of cheddar and Monterrey Jack cheese, and broil until cheese melts.|
