Brownie Crème Brulee
Brownie and creme brulee come together to make this delightful shareable dessert. For extra decadence add a dollop of Rich's Chocolate On-Top.
|1 pk.||Premium Custard Base (#03869)|
|2 C||Aln 1/2 Sheet Brownie W/o Nuts (ztf 90 Oz) (#91480)|
|1/2 C||Granulated Sugar|
|On Top Chocolate Whipped Topping (#16462)|
|1||In a 2 quart sauce pot place the thawed Premium Custard Base, boil on medium high heat while stirring for 3 to 5 minutes.|
|2||Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.|
|3||Place 1 oz. (3T or ¼ cup) chopped brownie into ramekins|
|4||Pour 4 oz. of Premium Custard Base mixture over cheese cake and refrigerate until product sets.|
|5||Once set top with 1 T of granulate sugar and cover surface of custard with an even layer.|
|6||When ready to serve use a torch or a hot salamander oven to carefully caramelize sugar until lightly browned and bubbly.|
