|6 Each||Sliced Tomato|
|2 oz||Fried Shoestring Potatoes|
|1||Bake Rich’s Deluxe sub roll dough, following directions on box|
|2||Heat up Pork BBQ until 165F|
|3||Split sandwich roll in half; place lettuce and Pork BBQ on bottom of roll|
|4||Layer tomato and shoestring fries on top of the BBQ|
|5||Place top of roll on sandwich, cut in half and serve immediately|
